Speciation is the process by which new species are formed from existing ones.
Genetic drift is the change in allele frequencies over the generations due to chance alone. Its effect is most pronounced in very small populations. Variation in the relative frequency of different genotypes in a small population occurs  the chance disappearance of particular genes as individuals die or do not reproduce)
Reproductive isolation refers to the separation of species or populations so that they cannot interbreed and produce fertile offspring
