Expert Answer
Limit is value of a function at a value where it is not defined
example:
tan x is not defined at x =90 degree,
so what we do is find value of tan x at close vicinity of x = 90 degree, ie x = 89.99999.... from left, and x= 90.000.....000001 from right, if both of them are same then limit exists
The derivative of a function y = f(x) of a variable x is a measure of the rate at which the value y of the function changes with respect to the change of the variable x.
Differentiation is the action of computing a derivative.
