What is a cell ? How is it different from a tissue ?

Hi Kush, 

A cell is the basic structural and functional unit of life. A cell can exist individually (unicellular organism) or in an organised group (multicellular organism). 

A tissue is a group of specialised cells which are associated with one particular function in the body of multicellular organisms.
