What are the factors on which the heating effect of electric current depend?  explain with a practical example.

when current is passed to a heating coil, Amount of heat generated depends upon the electrical power dissipation  "  i2R t " ,
where i is the current, R is the resistance of coil and t is the time of passing the current.This is known as Joules law
 
Hence the factors are current i, Resistance R and time t
