What are the different types of addictives used in making snacks?

Expert Answer
Salt, sugar, and corn syrup are by far the most widely used additives in food.
Citric acid, BHA, BHT, and tocopherols, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (MSG), gelatin, papain, SODIUM CASEINATE etc. are some of the other used additives in snacks.
