'You' is a second person singular pronoun -- It stands for the person being addressed by the speaker. In some cases, it can also be used for a group of individuals being addressed at the same time.
Eg: You are the torch bearers of our future. Did you apply for the job? You are free to go now.
'We' is a first person plural pronoun -- It includes the speaker and another person or a group of people.
Eg: We are building a tent. Will we reach in time for the movie? We have to tell her the truth.
The plural form of the third person singular pronouns 'she' and 'it' is 'they'.
