what are the chapters of class 12 of physics which are totally not connected with class 11...so that i can prepare class 12 before 11

You have not mentioned your course board, so assuming you are in CBSE, I would like to inform you that your course syllabus is designed in a way that you get to learn about the concepts gradually in a systematic manner.
Education is like a path where, in order to reach the finish line you need to go through the each step without skipping any portion of the path.
Then too for the sake of your curiosity, the following is/are the list of the chapters in CBSE XI which are not connected even indirectly with the chapters in CBSE XII:
- The Physical World
- Thermal Properties of Matter (important for JEE/NEET)
- Thermodynamics (important for JEE/NEET)
