Electrons are negatively charged particles present outside the nucleus. The mass of electron is considered as negligible.
Neutrons have no charge and present in the nucleus of an atom. The mas of neutron is approximately equal to mass of a proton.
Protons are positively charged particles present in the nucleus of an atom. Mass of proton is approximately 2000 times the mass of electron.
