We know that sound cannot be heard on moon because no air is present. But if a person speaks by putting his mouth on surface of the moon and another person keeps his ear on the surface of the moon. Will the sound be heard? Why?

You are right there is no atmosphere available at moon. If you try to communicate directly it can't be done. But if you try to propagate sound wave through surface then it's highly unlikely to be heared but it's can propagate through surface of moon.
