Let the time be t

Since, the pipe is cylindrical in shape with radius = 14/2 = 7 cm = 0.07 m and height as 5 km/h = 5000m/h

So, the volume of water flown in time t = pi * (r)2 *h *t
So, the volume of water flown in time t = pi * (0.07)2 *5000 *t = 24.5*pi*t m3

Volume of the tank = l *b*h = 25*22* 0.21 = 115.5 m3 ( 21 cm height needs to be converted into meters)

Also, Volume of tank = volume of water flown through pipe in time t
so, 115.5 = 24.5*pi*t
t = 1.5 h

So, it will take 1.5 h for the water ro rise 21 cm in the tank.
