Volume of a cylinder is πy2x, where y and x are radius and height of the cylinder respectively. Find percentage error in the measurement of volume. which of the two measurement, height or radius need more attention?

Height of cylinder = x

Radius of cylinder = y

Volume of cylinder = ∏y2x

Percentage error in measurement of volume

% error in v = 2 × % error in y + % error in x
