There is no difference between the derivations for denser to rarer medium and rarer to denser medium. So, you can refer the derivation for rarer to denser medium. The changes that will take place are:
1) Image: Draw as per figure 10.5 on page 357.
2) Ray bends away from the normal instead of towards the normal.
Rest entire derivation remains the same.
