{urgent please}find perimeter $ area of an isosceles right angel triangle each whose equal sides measure 20cm square take root 2 =2.144

Answer : Gven : an issosceles right triangle whose equal sides measure 20 cm
To find : area and perimeter of that traingle
 
 
as we know that the area of right tringle = (1/2) * base * height 
As we know the height = base = 20 cm
=> area= (1/2) *(20) *(20)
             = 200 cm2 = 200m2 / (100 *100)  = 0.02 m2 
The third side , b = underroot ( a2+a2)           { by right traingle property}
b= underoot(2* 202) = 20 * 2.144= 28.28 cm
therefore the perimeter = b+a+a = 28.28 +20+20
= 68.28 cm = 68.28 m / 100
= 0.6828 m
Answer : the perimeter = 0.6828m and area = 0.02 m2
