Acceleration = a = F/m = 20/5 = 4 m/s2.

Initial velocity = u = 0.

Time = t = 10 sec.

Displacement = S = ut + (1/2)at2 =  (1/2)(4)(100) = 200 m.

Work done = ForcexDisplacement = (20)(200) = 4000 J.

Work done = Kinetic energy = 4000 J = 4 kJ.
