The unit positive charge must be place on the right side of negative charge and the positive charge is placed in the left of positive charge.
Let the distance from negative charge is x
So equating the forces we get
(K×36)/(10+x)^2 = (k×9)/(x)^2
We get x = 10 cm
Distance from positive charge would be 10+10 =20cm.
