Answer:

2 secx + tanx = 1

Multiplying both sides by cos x we get

2+sin x = cos x

 so     cos x - sin x = 2

dividing by 2  we get   (cos  x )/2 -  (sin x )/2 = 1

cos (x+/4)=cos 0

so x+/4 = 2n

or x = 2n  - /4
