three years ago, the population of a town was 50000. if the annual increase during three successive years be at the rate of 5%,4% and 3% respectively. What is the present population?

According to the question,
P = 50000, r1 = 5%, r2 = 4%, r3 = 3%
present population = 50000 × 1.05 × 1.04 × 1.03 = 56238
