The sum of the radius of the base and height of a solid cylinder is 37 m. If the total surface area of the cylinder is 1628 m2, find the volume of the cylinder. .

Let r and h respectively be the radius and the height of the cylinder. We have:
r + h = 37 m
TSA = 1628 m2
2r (h + r) = 1628
2r(37) = 1628
Volume of the cylinder = r2h
