The refractive index of concave lens is 1.2. This lens is immersed in a liquid of refractive index 1.4. Explain the behavior of the lens.

From the values of refractive index we see that the refractive index of the medium is more than the refractive index of the lens. Hence the concave lens will behave as a converging lens.
