surface charge density σof sphere that  has radius 5 cm = 75/(4π×25) = 0.24 mC/Sq.cm
 
surface charge density σof sphere that  has radius 5 cm = 75/(4π×100) = 0.06 mC/Sq.cm
 
when the spheres are connected by wire, surface charge density will be same for both the sphere
 
hence surface charge density after the speres are connected by wire = 150/(4π×125)=0.0955 mC/Sq.cm
 
Charge on 5 cm radius sphere after connected = 0.0955×(4π×25) = 30 mC
 
Hence remaining 45 mC from 5 cm radius sphere will flow to 10 cm radius sphere through wire
