lcm of the number 8, 15, 21 is 840 
 Now to come up with the smallest 6 digit number, we can simply randomly keep playing with multiplication factors.
 
So, 840*100 = 84000<100,000
so 840 * 120 = 100800 which is greater than 100000 and closest to 100,000 also. 
Also, 840*119 = 99960<100,000
 
So, the smallest 6 digit number is 100,800 which is divisible by 8,15 and 21.
