answered-by-expert Expert Answer
HNO3 has one molecule of hydrogen, one molecule of nitrogen and 3 molecules of Oxygen.

A mole is the amount of pure substance containing the same number of chemical units as there are atoms in exactly 12 grams of carbon-12.

one mole of molecules = 6.022 x 1023 molecules = gram molecular mass

So, 1 mole of HNO3 will have one mole of hydrogen, one mole of nitrogen and three moles of oxygen.
