The length and breadth are in the ratio 3:2 increasing the length by any amount. Can we make the ratio 4:3? How about 5:3?

If (1/3) is to be added to the numerator of fraction (3/2) to get the fraction (5/3),
hence the fraction of initial length to be added to initial length is
Hence by increasing the length by (1/9) of its initial value, the ratio can be changed to 5:3
