If the Rajdhani Express overtakes the goods train at 8:06:30 a.m., how far was the goods train when the driver saw its rear at 8:05 a.m.?

answered-by-expert Expert Answer
let x km be the distance between two trains
Total distance = 0.35 + x
time = 90 sec = 0.025 hrs
Relative speed = (150 - 80) = 70 kmph
distance = speed x time
0.35 + x = 1.75
x = 1.4 km
