The dimensions of a rectangle are 20 cm × 16 cm. Outside this rectangle; four triangles with largest area are attached. Out of these triangles attached to each of the two longer sides as their hypotenuse and the other two are equilateral triangle attached to shorter sides of the given rectangle. Find the perimeter and the area of the resulting figure.
