the diagonal of a rectangular board is 1m and it’s leng is 96cm. Find the area of the board

Expert Answer
Length = 1m = 100 cm
All the angles of a rectangle are right angle.
(Diagonal)2 = (Length)2 + (Breadth)2
→(Breadth)2 = (100)2 - (96)2
→ Breadth = 28
Area of a rectangle = Length × Breadth = 96 × 28 = 2688 cm2
