The correct option is (d)....why is option (a),option(b) and option (c) correct...please provide a reason

From the provided oxidation half reactions, 
(a) Fe2+ solutions are not stable in air, as it gets oxidised to Fe3+ when exposed to air.
(b) Fe nails can prevent oxidation of Fe2+ to Fe3+ by air because the oxidation potential of Fe to Fe2+ is high. So iron nails in which Fe is present in Fe form gets oxidised before Fe2+ present in the solution when exposed to air.
(c) Oxidation of Fe by air to Fe2+ is called corrosion of Fe.
So all the options are correct.
