The correct option is (a) 10 times.

Molar conductance = k x 1000 / Molarity

for first solution with 0.1 Molarity = k x 1000 / 0.1
for second solution with 0.01 Molarity = k x 1000 / 0.01

Thus, from above two equations, molar coductance is 10 times more for the solution with molarity 0.01 M than for the solution with 0.1 M.
