Slant height (l) = 35 cm. Let r  = radius of the cone

Circumference of the base = 88 cm

begin mathsize 12px style Curved space surface space area space equals space πr l space equals 22 over 7 cross times 14 cross times 35 equals space 1540 space cm squared end style

The curved surface area is 1540 cm2
