the capacity of a vessel is 5700 m3.the vessel is filled with water.suppose that it takes 12 hour to drain the vessel.what is the mass flow rate(in kg/s)of water from the vessel?(the desity of water is 1g/cm3.)

Volume = 5700 m3
Density of water = 1 g/cm3 = 1000 kg/m3 
Time taken for liquid to flow out = 12 hr = 43200 s
 
Mass flow rate(kg/s) = density (kg/m3) x velocity(m/s) x flow area (m2)
                              = [density (kg/m3) x volume (m3)]/ time (s)
                              = [1000  x 5700]/ 43200
                              = 132 kg/s
