Yes, I agree that black blizzards were caused in the American Great Plains because the American settlers had disturbed the ecological balance of the region. They cleared large pieces of lands in the region for the purpose of cultivation. Tractors were used to clear land of all vegetation. As the land became devoid of any grass and vegetation, normal dust storms turned into black blizzards disturbing ecological balance.
