The Bangkok Conference was held on 15 June 1942 by various Indian Nationalist groups and local Indian Independence leagues at Bangkok to proclaim the formation of the All-India Independence league.
Following resolutions were passed by the Bangkok Conference:
- Extension of an invitation to Subhas Chandra Bose to return from Europe and lead the anti imperialist struggle.
- Formation of a Council of Action for controlling and guiding the movement against British imperialism.
- Election of Rash Behari Bose as the President of the Council.
- Appointment of Mohan Singh as the Commander-in-Chief of the Indian National Army.
