The answer of second question in rapid fire is given as 3. Shouldn't it be 2 because x has highest power 2 in the equation? How come it became 3?

We have to look at the total powers of all the terms. The power of term 3x2y is 2 + 1 = 3.
The highest degree term in given equation is 3x2y, which has a degree of 3. So, the degree of the given polynomial is 3.
