Expert Answer

first vertical height of cone is 13.5-3=10.5 m

its slant height will be (14²+10.5²)^1/2 =17.5

surface area of cylinder is A1=2*pi*r*l= 2*3.14*14*3 = 263.76

surface area of cone will be = pi* r * l = 3.14*14*17.5 = 769.3 ( there is no base surface area of cone)

total surface area is = 1033.06

total cost to paint inner surface is = 1033.06*2 = 2066.12
