Suggest three measures for controlling carbon dioxide(CO2) level in the atmosphere.

The carbon dioxide evolved during combustion should be restricted to pass into atmosphere. And can be converted into carbonates. 

Limit the use of fossil fuels and use of alternatives sources of energy like hydrogen fuel and solar energy.

An increase in the photosynthetic activities will decrease the concentration of CO2.
