Coulombs law of electrostatic state that force (attraction or repulsion) between two static(rest) charge is directly proportional to product of their charge and inversely proportional to square of the distance between them.
Let us assume two positive charge Q1 and Q2 placed at a separation of d then the force  between these charges would be
F=kQ1Q2/d^2
