Figure shows the tension forces T acting on string that passing throug pulleys and connecting block-A and Block-C.

Tension force acting on the string connected to block B will be 2T.

Since Block-A and block-C are connected by same string, displacements magnitude will be same.
Hence magnitude of acceleration of block-A and block-C are same.

Due to length constraints, displacement of block B will be twice of displacement of string that connects block-A and block-C.
Hence block-B will move with acceleration 2a .

For convenience acceleration due to gravity is considered as 10 m/s2

Applying Newton's law for Block-A, we get,   20 - T = 2a  .................(1)

Applying Newton's law for block-B, we get,  2T - 10 = 2a  ................(2)

By solving eqn.(1) and (2), we get tension T = 10 N and acceleration  a = 5 m/s2
