by desolving the tensions T1 and T2 :
t1 sin 30+T2 sin 45 =100     equating the total upward components of T1  and  T2 with weight,
T1 cos 30= T2 cos45    equating the horizontal components
 
by solving these two equations:
T2=89.67 N
T1=73.2 N
