          Multiplying (4) by 4 and subtracting from (3) we get

         

           

Putting this value of v in (3) we get

         

         begin mathsize 12px style straight u equals 1 over 6 space but space straight u equals 1 over straight x space and space straight v equals 1 over straight y end style

          begin mathsize 12px style 1 over 6 equals 1 over straight x end style or  x=6  

            begin mathsize 12px style fraction numerator negative 1 over denominator 4 end fraction equals 1 over straight y end style or

          Hence  and  is the solution of equation

Ratio of A's entertainment time to B's entertainment time is 1: 2. Average of study time of A, B and C is 6 hours. Average of rest time of A and B is 9 hours. Ratio of C's entertainment time to his rest time is 4: 3.   If B's study and entertainment time is m% more than C's study and entertainment time together, then find that B's study and entertainment time together is what percent more than A's study and entertainment time together?
