sir, when we insert a dielectric btw the capacitor plates at a constant voltage then there occurs increse in the charge on the capacitor plates then from where does this extra charge comes from?

Answer:
Charge is not increased in the plates of capacitor when dielectric is inserted.
What really happens is, when the dielectric material is inserted between capacitor plates,
induced cahrges appear on the surface of dielectirc materiaL.This induced charges decreases the electric field
inside the capcitor, though constant voltage is applied across capacitor plates.
The electric field decreases by a factor 1/k ,where k is dielectric constant of the dielectric material.
This makes the capacitance to increase by k times. Hence it appears, as if charge is multiplied by k and charge has increased.
