option A is incorrect because this option shows that bridgehead carbocation is more stable than the secondary carbocation.
Bridgehead carbocations are unstable because of the violation of the bredt's rule which explains that the hybridization of carbocation is sp but the bridgehead carbocation would not have hybridized orbitals in the same plane. This increases repulsion and makes the compound unstable.
