sir. What happens when incident ray falls on the surface of a glass slab? what is angle of incident and angle of refraction? Draw the diagram in this case?

When an incident ray of light is incident on the glass slab then the light ray undergoes refraction. 
The following diagram represents the refraction of light through glass slab: -

Angle of incidence : - Angle between the incident ray and normal is called angle of incidence. 
It is denoted by letter 'i' 
 
Angle of refraction: - Angle between the refracted ray and normal is called angle of refraction. 
It is denoted by letter 'r' 
 
Note: - 
If the light ray is incident on the glass slab perpendicularly then there is no refraction.
