Answer:
The correct order of stability of transition state in elimination reaction is II > I > III.
 
 
In compound II, there are two double bonds which stabilised the intermediate during the elimination reaction, hence more stable.  
 
In compound I, there is one double bond which stabilised the intermediate during the elimination reaction, hence stable.  
 
In compound III, there no double bond which stabilised the intermediate during the elimination reaction, hence less stable.
