 difference between the energy of resonance hybrid and internal energy of the most stable contributing resonating structure is known as resonance energy.
 
a) Ionic forms delocalises more as compared to neutral species hence larger resonance enrgy is seen in the case of CH3COONa
 
b) same explanation as above CH2=CH-O-
 
c) Benzoic acid has more resonace energy than phenoxide ion since diffusion of -ve charge is more effective in carboxylate ion as compared to phenoxide ion.
 
d) Napthalene will have more resonance energy due to large number of resonating structure (since on charge diffusion occurs in first structure)
