Two capacitors are connected in series. Hence charge q on the plates of capacitors are same for both capacitors.
Let V1 be the potential differences acros plates of capactitor whose capacitance is C1.
Similarly let V2 be the potential differences acros plates of capactitor whose capacitance is C2.
Then we can write the equation for charge on each capacitor as given below
 
begin mathsize 12px style q space equals space C subscript 1 V subscript 1 space equals space C subscript 2 V subscript 2 end style
But as per given graph, V2 > V1 hence C1 > C2
