Option C is correct
The force provided by magnetic field in y direction of current element will cancel out in first and second quadrant. So net force would be zero for y direction
But the force acting on x component will not cancel each other. So cross product of current (+ve x axis ) and magnetic field (+be z axis) will result in to -ve y axis.
Use formula A = IdlxB.
