sir, in the video you have to ask a question two moles of an ideal gas expands isothermally at 298k,from an initial volume of vi=0.025m3 to a final volume of vf=0.050m3? In the answer n=2.0 moles R=8.31J/(mol.k)can you tell me why the value of n=2.0moles R=8.31j(mol.k).

and value of R is a universal constant.
