CBSE Class 11-science Answered
sir here in the question weight of the body is given in kg then why is the value of 'W' is calculated by taking that 20kg as 20g. please sir solve my query as soon as possible.

here g = acceleration due to gravity
weight of the object is gravitational force acting on the object.
weight = mass × acceleration due to gravity
so 20 is multiplied by g (acceleration due to gravity which is 9.8 m/s2), hence w = 20×9.8 = 196 N
N is force unit, newton
