Sir, Can you please explain me what is Fleming's left and right hand rule?

Dear student,

Fleming's left hand rule (FLHR) for motors
Index finger-Flux direction
Middle finger-Current direction,
Hence, Thumb-direction of force acting on the current carrying conductor (hence motion of the conductor)


Fleming's right hand rule: for Generators
thumb-direction of motion of the conductor
Index finger-Flux direction
Middle finger-Hence induced current direction
