sir can you explain me what is allele ?

Hi Anhishekta, 

An allele is a variant of a particular gene. Certain genes have different forms of itself which are responsible for different expression for the said function of the gene. 

For example the gene for eye colour has multiple alleles, such as black, blue, green, etc. These genes are all responsible for the same function, i.e. eye colour, but have a different form.
